Background

Chamomile Counselling was set up by Susie who recognised the need for a counselling service that specialised in supporting those bereaved.  She realised that the large charities and agencies aren’t always able to offer a quick service and can have strictures and structures that can make it difficult to get the help required when needed.  Chamomile Counselling offers help is to adults, children and young people.

The therapy sessions are delivered face-to-face, on-line or via the telephone by experienced, qualified person-centred therapists.

These therapists recognise that grief and the grieving process is unique for everyone.  As a result, each therapist focuses upon what you bring. You are offered a calm, warm, sensitive environment where you, the client, can talk, grow and heal.

Each client is different and prefers to work through their grief in different ways. All are offered talking and or art as a medium to accessing their emotions. Children and young people are also offered Lego and story books.
